Nestled within the enchanting landscapes of Sabina, Capo Farfa’s olive groves flourish at an impressive altitude of 550 meters, a testament to the region’s distinctive geographical traits and its rich Roman heritage.

These olive trees thrive on steep hills and mineral-rich, carbonate-laden soil, resulting in an exceptional flavour profile that distinguishes Capo Farfa’s extra virgin olive oil as a coveted treasure in the world of olive oils.

Indulge in the time-honoured Italian tradition with this exquisite Extra Virgin Olive Oil, crafted exclusively from the rare Carboncella olives that have been cultivated in selected Sabina towns for over 1400 years.

With delicate notes of almond and artichoke, this oil possesses the remarkable ability to elevate the flavours of any culinary creation.

The authentic sealing wax seal on the cap, adorned with the Agamemnon family crest, serves as a testament to the rich heritage that accompanies this exceptional oil.

Capo Farfa seamlessly marries tradition and innovation, using two pairs of early 1900s granite millstones to expertly crush the olives, alongside cutting-edge systems that meticulously separate solids, extracting the purest oil while preserving valuable anticancer elements.

This commitment to quality and innovation is further enhanced through ongoing research collaborations with renowned universities, such as Sapienza in Rome and Tuscia in Viterbo, conducted within the Capo Farfa mill.

Experience the legacy and innovation that define Capo Farfa’s olive oil, a true gem in the world of culinary excellence.
